The Studio Classes
Marion Krahn teaches day and evening classes in her home studio. Acrylic painting and art theory for beginner and intermediate students are the focus of her teaching practice. This on-going series facilitates the student's art practice through demonstration, individual instruction, and support while students are painting at the easel and tables. The studio has natural light, and an open atmosphere. Students are encouraged to keep a sketchbook. The focus - developing an art practice meaningful to the individual. Within each class- a demonstration and exploration of techniques, during which time there is use of studio paints, brushes and tools. Students will use the class time to incorporate learned techniques, and develop thier own art path.
